This screen provides a listing of your current investment election choices and the percentages invested in each.  These percentages may be changed by entering the new percentage in the box provided.  Each source of money may, or may not, require completion of a separate form. 

When you complete your transaction, the next screen will provide a confirmation number, which will be your indication the transaction was accepted.  If you do not see the transaction confirmation notification, you should contact QPA to discuss your original transaction, and the status of this transaction.
